Leah Lee KP style concept

Description

Okey-dokey, here's more of my female OC, Leah Lee. I admit there are some flaws in the designs, but I intend to improve on it. Also, bear in mind this is a concept page, not the final design (in KP style, that is). I'd call this a steppin' stone o' mine. Anywho, here's the down-lo on what's what:

1. Here we go. This is the base design for my oc Leah Lee in Kim Possible style. I noticed too late the flower in her hair was too small. Ah well. I'll definitely declare this a steppin' stone in her design.

2. I should tell ya right now, the skates were NOT easy to draw, especially the wheels. Coulda done better, though.

3. I think I did a decent job on this one, particularly the surfboard, and the design on it, for that matter. Same goes to the rest, no argument. My first -and so far only- drawin' of Leah in swimwear.

4. Just so's we clear, Leah's sittin' on her rump, sobbin' her eyes out 'cause she was publicly humiliated real bad, bein' covered head to toe in molasses and if ya look closely, you could see the shoulder strap's been cut. And the cleaner gal by her side? That would be :iconparadise-avenue:'s oc Vanessa Konn, drawn on Kim Possible style for the first time, as far as I'm aware. I decided that, in my universe, Vanessa's Leah's best friend and so is consolin' her, as friends do with one another.

5. Leah having snapped at someone who'd been givin' everyone an attitude non-stop. And who's Namaka, I assume ya might ask. She a water godess of Hawaiian mythology, and sister of the famous Pele. Look it up. I originally intended mention Erastil's name from the Pathfinder universe, but changed it at the last second. And the dialogue? My one way to flesh her character a bit.

6. Here I have Leah gettin' her lunch from the cafeteria lady... at least I think that's lunch. Or whatever's qualified as food. As with the previus detail, I gave her some dialogue.

7. I think I got the embarassed look spot-on, but first, what y'all think?

8. Here's Leah in a different outfit (finally)- a mission outfit. And here she proudly wields one of her powers- waterbendin'- in this case, a few gallons of water in the form of an imperial dragon.

9. And here's the final detail on the page. I decided to draw Leah as a four-year-old. Given she was raised in Kauai, I gave her a mu'u mu'u (this is how it's spelled, right?), maybe as a tribute to Lilo. And the hair? I decided to give her pigtails as a tribute to Anna from Frozen, albeit longer & thicker. As for the design on her mumu or however however ya spell it, I originally intended to draw a sea dragon then a bronze dragon, but turned to be a bit complex and I wanted somethin' simpler, so I decided to try somethin' else- a mermaid. Ariel to be exact. Didn't do the face on the design for simplity's sake. And sorry for the right foot bein' disproportionately fat. Bad judgement on my part.

And that's it. Will do more artwork of Leah Lee, Erik Pelekai, etc, etc, etc.
